  2. If you have raw shrimp with shell, heat in a pot 3 liters of water per 1 kilo of prawns. Previously, pass the shrimp through direct tap water. The idea is that the prawns are not in blocks and separate.
  3. When the water begins to boil, incorporate the seafood. After a while, the water will boil again, this time with the seafood inside, and the prawns will ascend to the surface. Just at that moment, take them out quickly, and pass them through inverted water bath, and leave them there for 5 minutes. Then drain them well. The inverted water bath consists of placing in a bowl with plenty of water, ice, and in this case salt.
  4. Prepare the vegetables. Open a couple of chillies, take out the white part and the seeds. On the other hand, peel the garlic. Finally, rinse the parsley branches and chop them.
