Fish in butter and lemon sauce


3 servings

  • 6 small loins of white fish of your choice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 20 ml white wine
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • Flour for coating
  • Olive oil


  1. Put a little olive oil in a frying pan, season the fish fillets and lightly pass through the flour. Cook in the pan until golden.
  2. In the same pan add a little more oil and fry the onion with the garlic, when they are poached add the butter, the lemon juice and the white wine, stir constantly so that the sauce binds well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put the tenderloins in the sauce and give a shake so that they mix well with the sauce, serve with rice, or mashed potatoes or baked potatoes.
